KTEL Public Buses
Santorini has a KTEL bus network from Fira Bus Terminal to main villages and beaches. Buses run seasonally, get extremely crowded, and don't serve most hotels. Not suitable for airport or port transfers.
Option 4:
Rental Car / Scooter / ATV
Very popular on Santorini. Requires appropriate license and familiarity with narrow caldera roads. Parking in Fira and Oia very difficult in peak season. Not suitable for airport arrivals with luggage or groups.
