Radio Taxi (Phone Booking)

Good for city trips, useful if you prefer phone booking over apps. Metered fares. Not bookable days in advance for a confirmed driver.

Uber

Uber operates in Athens with dynamic pricing — can be significantly more expensive during rush hours and events. A valid option for city trips when no surge is active. Does not offer advance confirmed booking of a specific driver. Not available on the Greek islands.

Athens Metro

Metro Line 3 runs directly from ATH Airport to Syntagma Square in 40 minutes (€9 one-way). An excellent, affordable option for solo travellers without heavy luggage heading to central Athens. The metro does not serve Piraeus or Rafina directly from the airport. Not suitable for groups with luggage or port connections.
