- Cancellation Policy
Up to 24 hours before your arrival – Full refund.
Less than 24 hours before your arrival – No refund. - Bank Fees & Charges – Any additional bank fees (e.g., currency conversion or transaction fees) are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed for the full amount on our end.
- Delayed Arrivals – We track your flight or ferry to adjust for delays. However, if your delay exceeds 2 hours, you need to contact us and reschedule your transfer based on availability.
- Emergency Contact – You must provide a valid phone number that is reachable on the day of your transfer for any necessary communication.
- No-Show Policy – If the passenger does not show up within the waiting time and has not contacted us, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
- Vehicle Requests – We do our best to provide the vehicle type selected, but in rare cases, we may substitute with a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost.
- Multi-Stop Requests – If you need additional stops along the way, please inform us in advance. Extra stops may result in additional charges.
- Payment & Receipts – A booking confirmation and receipt will be sent via email after payment is completed. You must have your booking confirmation email with the receipt available during the transfer.
